Why work with us

How working together looks

  1. 1

    Initial conversation

You describe the situation and show us whatever documents you already have. We work out which procedure applies and whether the deadline still holds.

  2. 2

    Putting the application together

We prepare a list of the documents that are missing, check translations and write the justification for the application.

  3. 3

    The proceedings

We file the application, receive correspondence from the office and respond to any requests to complete missing information.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to come to the office in person to start a case?

No. The first conversation can happen through the contact form or by phone. Showing up in person at the office is usually only needed at the stage of filing the application — we let you know beforehand whenever it's necessary.

How long does a residence card procedure take?

It depends on the office and the type of case — anywhere from a few months to over a year during busy periods. During the initial conversation we tell you what timeframe to realistically expect for your specific procedure.

What happens if my legal stay expires while the case is pending?

Filing a complete application before your legal stay ends usually entitles you to remain in Poland for the duration of the proceedings — confirmed by the relevant stamp in your passport. We check this individually for every case.

Do you handle cases outside Warsaw?

We fully handle cases where the competent authority is the Mazovian Voivodeship Office or a Warsaw district office. In other regions we can advise, but we do not represent clients before the local office.

How much does it cost to have you handle a case?

The cost depends on the type of procedure and how complex it is. We give a quote after the initial conversation, once we know the scope of work — not before.
